How to revise the application
When the decision on allocation has been made, you will receive a letter from us. Please read this carefully. The prerequisite for receiving support is that you revise the application in accordance with the conditions in the letter.
The work you put into the revision forms the basis for all further work on the project. If you do a good job in this phase, it will be easier to follow up the project, both for you and for us. If the project has partners, you must involve them as well.
To be able to revise your application, go to eApplications on My RCN Web. The application is now available as "Revised". Please note that you must press Go to submission for the application to be sent to us.
You must write a popular science presentation
In the revised application, you must write a popular science presentation of the project in Norwegian and English.
We will publish information about the project in our project bank once we have approved the revised application. It is therefore important that the popular science presentation is understandable to people outside the field in question. Make sure that the information does not contain confidential/sensitive information.
Read more about the project bank and how you can write good popular science presentations.
Requirements for data management plans

Gender Equality Plan (GEP) requirement
All research organisations or agencies in the public sector (Project Owners and partners) that receive funding from us must have action plans for gender equality (Gender Equality Plan (GEP)) available on their websites.
Requirements for Collaboration agreements
The Project Owner must ensure that a written agreement is entered into with all partners who will participate in the project.
